is a full service offsite record storage facility. We are dedicated to professional,
first-class service, with maximum security and fire protection for all types
of records, from hard copy paper to environmentally controlled micrographic
and magnetic media.
Services include daily, weekly, or on-call deliveries. Rush deliveries (1 hour
guaranteed) during normal business hours and emergency deliveries nights, weekends,
and holidays, are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with proper authorization.
A state-of-the-art, computerized bar code system provides the tracking and inventory
control of your stored materials. The program integrates the daily activity
of the stored materials and can provide the details necessary to implement a
departmental charge back system.
National Records Management offers the InfoKeeper, a web-based application that
allows clients to securely manage their data from a standard web browser. This
program allows clients to track and maintain their existing records, add information
on new materials, and schedule pickups and deliveries.
