National Records Management is a full-service offsite record and data storage facility. We store all types of records from hard copy paper to environmentally controlled micrographic and magnetic media.

Services include daily, weekly, or on-call pickups and deliveries. One hour rush deliveries are guarantee during normal business hours. Emergency deliveries nights, weekends, and holidays are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with proper authorization.

DATABASE INFORMATION

Our facility uses a bar code driven tracking system that includes the InfoKeeper, available for clients' use. The InfoKeeper provides state-of-the-art information management and allows users to manage their databases on any platform.

Data entry screens can be customized to suit the specific needs of a client.
The box and file folder applications allow clients access to unlimited details describing the stored materials.
Customized searches allow the user to query the database using single or multiple category for accurate and rapid results.
Clients have the ability to design their own reports, specifying the fields desired and the order in which they display. The reports may then be downloaded in several different file types.
Clients can easily monitor the retention schedules of their materials, enabling them to process destruction on time and maintain an efficient and accurate retention program.

From motion detectors and fire suspension systems to required ID cards and non-disclosure agreements, our facility works to safeguard your information.

ACCESSING RECORDS

Anyone who visits our facility is required to present a photo ID card and access code. Visitors will also be escorted and monitored throughout their entire visit. We take privacy and confidentiality seriously in order to ensure your records are guarded.
